Additional services
Lumi Namai offers additional services that bring more freedom and convenience to your everyday life. Explore the available options and submit your request quickly and easily using the form on our website. Additional services can be ordered for a minimum of one month. If needed, you can cancel by notifying us in writing at least five days before the start of the next month. Payment for the service is made until the end of the current calendar month.
Additional services offered by Lumi Namai:
Storage room
- Small storage room 30 €/per month
- Medium storage room 40 €/per month
- Large storage room 60 €/per month
Storage rooms are located on the underground floor of the building
Bicycle parking
- Bicycle parking 5 €/per month
- Bicycle parking in closed area 10 €/ per month
It is not allowed to store personal belongings in the stairwells or stairwell halls. If you do not want to store bicycles in the apartment, you can store them in the designated areas.

- Creating a payment schedule and monitoring the schedule 45 €
- Storage of tenant's furniture after the end of the contract 15 €/day
- Packing, moving and disposal of tenant's belongings after the end of the contract From 300 €
